How far in advance should I reserve a portable toilet?
We recommend that you call at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance because we do sell out at times. For best results, please call well in advance to ensure that we can take care of you! Note: Warm weather holidays and summer weekends book up fast. It’s never too soon to book ahead.

Do you offer short-notice rentals?
We may be able to offer short notice service depending upon unit availability.

How soon can you deliver my short-notice porta potty or sink?
We make every effort to delivery as soon as possible for pop-up needs. However, please schedule as soon as possible for the quickest results.

Are delivery and pick-up included?
At NCS, delivery and pick-up are ALWAYS included.*

Do you offer handicapped accessible units?
Yes. We offer a limited number of handicapped accessible units. Please call early as these units sell out quickly, particularly in the summer months.

I am planning a weekend event. When will my units be delivered?
Delivery is Friday between 8AM-5PM. Pick up is on Monday 8AM-5PM.

How many units do I need?
We follow the PSAI code of excellence which states no more than 10 people per unit per week at jobsites and 70 people per unit at events/individual parties. Our recommendation is based on this code. However, our clients are welcome to order as many units as they feel would best suit their situation.

Where can a unit be placed?
We typically place our units within 25 feet of a paved surface. We will relocate and notify you if becomes necessary to move it.

If we order flushable units, do we need to run a hose to them?
Our flushable portable toilets come with separate, self-contained water units. This enables our customers to use them at any location, even when there are no on-site plumbing facilities. Each flushable unit has an inside sink and we provide hand soap, paper towels and toilet paper with these units.

How much water comes with your hand-washing sinks?
Our portable rental sink with 30 gallons of water. Please be sure to ask our recommendation to ensure you reserve the correct size and number of units to accommodate your needs.

When is payment due?
For the Restroom Trailer, half down is due upon reservation. For all other units, payment is due upon delivery. We take cash, check or credit card.

Are there any additional charges for rush delivery?
Yes. Same day delivery will incur a charge in addition to the cost of renting the restroom.

What are your specific delivery areas?
Our service and delivery areas include the following: Erie, Millcreek, Fairview, Girard, Harbor Creek, North East, Lawrence Park, Wesleyville, Edinboro, Waterford, Wattsburg, Union City, and Corry.
